Our decaf is a single origin featuring a beautiful EA processed coffee, Caficultores de Caldas, from Colombia. The sweetness of this offering is really shining from its 12 hour fermentation before its decaffeination. This is one of the most complex and sweet decafs we have offered.

A vibrant, seasonal single origin highlighting floral aromatics in coffee. Currently, Idido is an Organic Certified Washed selection from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia.
